Facilitation & Consultation
Cory Lira has an extensive background in facilitation and consultation. She discovered her love of facilitation at a young age when she attended a democratic education middle and high school that required student led facilitation for weekly meetings. From there she went on to train in a variety of facilitation models and practices throughout college and has had a variety of mentors who trained her up in anti-oppressive facilitation skills and process.
As a community organizer, educator, and trainer the past 10+ years, her skills have deepened.
She enjoys working within all group decision making models & dynamics and building on what works well for each group. And she especially loves working with groups who use consensus models (full or -1).
